					<description>I'm not sure the function is simply to gather knowledge. Knowledge by itself is not very worthwhile - there are business that close everyday run by very knowledgeable people.

Actionable intelligence is what is needed. If the intelligence doesn't enable someone to make a decision or take some kind of action, what good is it?</description>
